Who we are?
Tisza Forte Ltd., which was founded in 2018 in Szeged, was generally a local veterinary advisory company. Throughout the years – thanks to our strong technical background and reliability – we were reaching a countrywide publicity, then the company’s activity has been steadily expanding far beyond the Hungarian borders, actually resulting in multinational regional wholesaler and distributor status of veterinary medicines, vaccines, nutrients, feed additives, hygiene and animal care products.
After the AMR regulation we established Prudent Vet Ltd. as the first Hungarian specialised advisory company. In 2023 we have elevated to the first three rank of the leading distributors of Hungary with Sun-Vet Ltd. as an import company.
Based on our targets, the annual turnover of the 100% private owned Company Group will exceed 5 million euros in 2024. Until the end of this year a new pet-food factory (wet and dry, dog and cat) in a size of 1 000 square meters with a pet-webshop, and a warehouse in 2 000 square meters with a modern office facility will enrich the potentials of our activities.
Today, we have become a Company Group with more than 20 employees and 4 locations in three different countries (Hungary, Romania, Serbia) and subsidiaries (First-Vet Ltd., Timisvet Ltd.)
We meet the needs of our customers with a qualified network (veterinarians, pharmacists, agricultural engineers) of 8 representatives, which covers the entire territory of the region. At our company, 3 consultants are waiting for their questions.

Our goal is to introduce the highest quality and most economical products to our regional market.
The Group is committed and convinced in a future, where the animal health will be determined and made successful by prevention and prudent technologies (vaccines, hygiene, herbal preparations and products) for improving the quality of life.
Our advisory group member, as a pioneer of non-antibiotic treatment specialist, Prudent-Vet Ltd. has been inventing the first programs for hygiene, immunity, intestinal health, and dairy mastitis prevention in the whole region. With Pest-Off Ltd. we are able to provide a total service for livestock farms with pests- and rodents control, as well as hygiene solutions as the part of the prudent vision.
Exclusivity
After our prominent expanding we have earned exclusive rights to distribute many products in Hungary, Serbia and Romania and we cooperate with leading pharmaceutical companies on the market. We respond dynamically to the needs of our customers, so we are constantly expanding our commercial offer.
